"Where we see only desperation you see beauty ! ", a quote from one of the teachers I was working with in Seelampur Slum Colony in Delhi India in February 2024.
I did see beauty in the smiles and ambitions of the children and young adults, we worked with in the ASHA (Hope) Community, we see them with so littke but they gave us so much.
The community are proud of their homes we should not judge by what we have materialistically, they are so much richer in their community values.
